Return and Refund Policy – Skills Platform At Skills Platform, we are keen to provide a high-quality educational and consulting experience, while respecting customers' rights. Therefore, we have set a clear and transparent return and exchange policy. First: Refund Policy The customer has the right to refund the paid amount only in the following cases: 1. Canceling the reservation before submitting the name to the General Authority. 2. Canceling the course or session by the platform without scheduling an alternative date. 3. A fundamental technical malfunction on our part that prevents benefiting from the course or session. Important: Once the customer's name is submitted to the General Authority, the paid amount cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Refund Method: • The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used. • Or via bank transfer to the customer's account, according to their preference. Refund Duration: From 7 to 14 working days at most. Second: Exchange Policy You can request to exchange the service in the following cases: • Exchanging the course or session before it starts, at least 24 hours in advance, for another course of equal or higher value (paying the difference). • If you are not satisfied with the first consulting session, you can be compensated with a free session with another consultant (after reviewing the case). Third: When does the refund not apply? • After submitting the name to the General Authority. • After the course or session has started. • No-shows without notice.
